Since 2018, there has been a significant increase in vehicles, like Tesla, Subaru, Toyota, Mercedes Benz , BMW, BYD and more, equipped with Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS). These systems alert drivers to substantial changes in tire pressure. Most TPMS sensors operate on built-in batteries, which are generally not replaceable.

When the battery in a TPMS sensor fails, the system will trigger a malfunction warning, indicated by a blinking TPMS light on the dashboard. This light may continue to blink or turn solid after 60 to 90 seconds. If you encounter this warning, schedule a service appointment with us promptly. Additionally, check the tire pressure in all tires immediately to ensure they are properly inflated for safe driving.
